Kathy always treated us with respect and kindness, was eager to say "I'll find out for you" if we asked her a question she couldn't answer immediately (a rare occurrence) and always always always got back to me asap when I left her a message. In our house hunt outside of Kathy's geographic area it took us four tries to find an agent who even approaches her work ethic and character. We discussed trying to clone her at one point, but I digress. To give Kathy a 5 star review doesn't actually seem adequate for her skill level."
